What is a HOME INSPECTION?
|
The HOME INSPECTION is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating components
of the home performed by a trained professional. INSPECTOR SHELTON is a trained professional with technical,
construction and building trade knowledge.
INSPECTOR SHELTON will inspect the home for 2 to 3 hours. You are invited to follow the inspector for a
step-by-step analysis of the home. When the inspection is over, INSPECTOR SHELTON will prepare a detailed property
inspection report. INSPECTOR SHELTON's report is fully computerized making it easy to read and understand.
It even includes digital imaging of potential concerns to help you spot them yourself. It will be completed
